Day Treatment Programs in Utah

Comprehensive Day Treatment Programs

Cold Creek’s Day Treatment is a dual diagnosis program offering a comprehensive range of addiction treatment services for both substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.

We offer evidence based treatment of addictive disorders using the cognitive behavioral health model. All of our programs have limited enrollment to ensure you receive the individual time and attention you deserve. Each client receives an individualized treatment plan tailored to address their specific needs. This level of care includes individual counseling, group therapy and psychotherapy classes. Clients learn about impulse control, relapse prevention, cross addiction, budgeting, meal planning, how to sleep better and how to set themselves up for success. Clients meet regularly with our medical staff who can help manage and prescribe medications. Clients learn to practice mindfulness and have access to our Biosound Lounge where they can experience guided meditations and stimulate theta brain waves as a relapse prevention tool. After completing Day Treatment, clients continue their recovery as they transition into our Intensive Outpatient Program. This essential program supports clients as they continue to progress in their recovery and gain increased autonomy.
