Finding Help for Yourself

Cold Creek is here to help you. You are not alone.

How many times have you promised yourself this will be the “last time” only to relapse again. This “last time” cycle can destroy self-confidence and lead to self-loathing and depression. You’ve done this long enough to know that controlling your drug or alcohol use doesn’t work. Addiction is a complex disorder, there is no “5-days-in-detox” and I will be back on track or “30-day-rehab-quick-fix.” Its time you opened yourself up to change. Let us help make this your last or only time in treatment.

What are my first steps?

The first step is to talk with an admissions coordinator who will answer any of your questions about the program. Next, we’ll ask about your addiction history, physical health, mental health and any unique needs or accommodations you may have. We send this information to our Clinical Intake Director who uses ASAM criteria to review your circumstances and determine what level of care is appropriate for your situation. If you have insurance, we’ll check your benefits and coverage. Reviewing your substance abuse history and verifying your insurance coverage usually takes several hours. After this, we’ll call you to discuss insurance coverage, program costs, and tell you what level of care is appropriate for your situation. The final step is setting an intake date and making travel arrangements to the treatment center.

Can you really help me?

I know we can help you overcome your addiction. Every week I watch clients come to our limited enrollment program, work hard, heal, make life-long friends and make remarkable changes. Whether this is your first or twenty first time in treatment, Cold Creek can provide you with the individual therapy, support and programs you need to succeed. Recovery is not a quick and easy process. Generally speaking, the longer and more intense your drug use, the longer and more intense the treatment you’ll need. And in every situation, long-term follow-up care is essential to recovery.

It’s normal to feel conflicted about giving up your drug of choice, even when you know it’s causing issues in your life. You’ve done this long enough to know addiction is not something that can be controlled, it always ends in pain and loss of control.

If you come ready to dig deep, work hard and sincerely open yourself up to change, we can help you understand your addiction and work through the underlying issues, pain, trauma, or mental health struggles that have held you back for so long. It’s time to take back your life.

Do you accept insurance?

We work with all the major health insurance providers, so more likely than not, we accept your insurance. The fastest way to determine if we accept your insurance is to call and talk with one of our intake managers. Checking if your insurance will pay for our program is an anonymous process that takes about an hour; neither the policy holder nor your employer are notified when we call to check your substance abuse benefits.
