We’re great, but we have our limitations.
Even though our evidence based non 12-step programs are good, even some of the best in the nation – we know our limitations. While we want to help everyone, we want to make sure we can really help the people we bring into the program. We have a thorough screening process that matches your needs and unique circumstances with our programs greatest strengths. By doing this we make sure everyone receives the highest quality individual care possible.
What makes Cold Creek unique is that we are one of the only limited enrollment non-12 step addiction treatment programs in the nation. We use therapies recognized by the national institute on drug abuse and Columbia University. Non 12-step means we use proven evidence based therapies and modalities to identify and treat the core issues that fuel addiction. Most often these issues include; pain, trauma, PTSD, abandonment, toxic relationships, anxiety, and depression. We offer a continuum of care that includes inpatient, sober living, day treatment, intensive outpatient.

We work with most of the major health insurance providers – When you call we will collect basic information such as your name, date of birth, insurance policy number, group ID, insurance phone number, policy holder name and date of birth. After we collect this information, verifying your benefit takes about an hour. The process is completely confidential, neither the policy holder nor your employer are notified when we call to check your addiction treatment benefits. Often insurance will cover the complete cost of treatment.
